  1. Thank you for the screenshots of The Easy Life. I changed it up to use with my Spanish 1 kiddos but going through the video to make slides can take a lot of time. I love this video and it goes nicely with our La escuela unit – Muchas gracias.

  2. Hello!! Thank you for sharing “El Regalo”. I am so excited to try NearPod and I can’t figure out how to locate your Nearpod slides. I have added the “add on” to your google slides, and I started an account, but I can’t find “El Regalo” on Nearpod. Please help!

    1. Hola! You need to go to add ons at the top of the slide show and add Nearpod. Once it’s added, go back to add ons and open the slide show within Nearpod. Voilà! It will open on the right side of the screen. You add/delete/change/save, etc.

  3. Thank you so much for sharing El Regalo! I noticed that your use of “acercarse a” is inconsistent, both in the pre-tell slides and in the story itself. For example “se acercó una escuela” should probably be “se acercó a la escuela,” unless the school is moving toward her. This error cropped up when the boy goes to the special door, and also the baby with the cake, as well as a couple of other instances. You had asked for potential corrections, otherwise I wouldn’t mention it after all your hardwork!

  4. Hi thank you so much for Las tradiciones navideñas presentation. I am from Venezuela and wanted to let you know that we don´t eat tamales. We eat Hallacas. It look similar, but the taste is different.

  6. Thank you so much for the slides about La Navidad. I learned about them from Elisabeth Alvarado (spanishmama.com). I have some longer units from Martina Bex on various traditions, but this year I don’t have enough days to do them. Your slide show will allow me to introduce a few traditions in a simple way for my beginning Spanish students. Thank you for this excellent resource – es un regalo enorme!

  7. Thank you for the updated version of your wonderful Christmas traditions resource. I will be using it throughout the month. It is a real help as I am teaching more classes this year.
